Hotel Melawai is seeking qualified and experienced person for the following positions:
1.	Assistant Human Resources Manager • Male/female max 40 years old • Minimum 2 years experience in a 3-4 star hotel in the same position • Able to work under pressure • Must have a comprehensive understanding of the labour law • Min education bachelor degree from law or psychology
2.	Sales & Marketing Manager / PR Manager • Male / female max 35 year old • Hotel school background • Minimum 3 year experience in 3 – 4 stars hotel • Familiar with hotel system • Able to work under pressure • Highly motivated, good appearance and interpersonal • Fluent in English both oral and written • Have a good organization (sales and marketing management) and Management skill, cost oriented and able to conduct qualified training • Have a good relationship with Media (broadcast & broadsheet ) • Experience in selling banquet + event
3.	Bookeeper • Male / Female max 30 years old • Minimum 2 years experience in a 3-4 star hotel in same position • Hotel / Accounting background • Familiar with Expert System • Excellent analytical Skill • Review and correct daily revenue journal • Able to work under pressure • Honest & work well in a team environment • Well groomed and well organized
4.	Cook • Min experience at a 3 star hotel • Good knowledge at food safety & food product knowledge ( indonesian food preferable ) • Pleasant young appearance, dynamic person & highly motivated • Able to work under pressure
5.	Houseman / Housemaid • Male/ Female max 25 years old • Min has working experience at the same position ( 1 or 2 years ) • Fresh Graduates from Hotel School • Pleasant young appearance, dynamic person & highly motivated • Able to work under pressure • Good command of English, both written and spoken • Good interpersonal skill and ready to work in a team
6.	Security • Male / Female max 45 years old • Minimum 2 years experience in a 3-4 star hotel in same position • Able to work under pressure • Honest & work well in a team environment • Good leadership & communication skill
